Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in civil estimating in refining, petrochemical and/or LNG.
• Read client drawings, perform material and labor takeoffs and generate estimates.
• Strong in proposal development and client communication.
• Field walks at client job sites; TWIC card required.
• Safety procedures and policy adherence; work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Work the full bid life cycle from invitation to proposal submission and post-submittal support.
• Interpret specifications/drawings to determine scope and contents of estimates.
• Prepare estimates by performing quantity takeoffs from drawings or bid packages.
• Assemble bid packages for vendors/subcontractors and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with schedule, risk analysis, and post-award activities as needed.
