Haley & Aldrich seeks a Project Civil/Environmental Engineer to support diverse civil and environmental engineering projects from Rochester, NY. You will assist with proposals, design, and field work, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams nationwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 4–10 years of related experience.
• Must possess EIT, PE, or plan to obtain professional certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write technical reports.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field reconnaissance and support proposal development, including technical approaches, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Perform technical calculations and modeling; prepare design drawings and supporting documentation.
• Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and other project deliverables.
• Support project execution and coordination for Rochester office and nationwide teams.
• Serve as a liaison between junior and senior staff, enabling communication and knowledge transfer.
• Apply academic and industry knowledge to execute project work.
• Engage with clients, agencies, and internal teams under senior staff guidance.
• Perform civil engineering evaluations using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Conduct basic construction observation, quality control documentation, and field testing tasks.
• Maintain detailed documentation of field activities and data evaluation.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and demonstrate safety behaviors.
