Job summary
Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Civil & Environmental Engineering Business Line Lead to drive strategic growth, financial performance, and market positioning for the CEE practice. This leader partners with the Technical Service Leader to align civil engineering disciplines with national growth objectives.
As the primary interface with regional leadership and the National Sales Team, the BLL will shape business strategy, forecast resources, and invest in digital engineering and modern delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related field with 17 years of applicable experience.
- 15 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering or related consulting preferred.
- Experience leading large infrastructure programs and business development is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth and financial performance of the CEE Business Line.
- Oversee sales, revenue, gross margin, backlog, and utilization metrics.
- Develop annual business plans and national growth strategies.
- Coordinate with Regional Offices, Global Practices, and other lines to position Burns & McDonnell for major infrastructure programs.
