Preferred skills include AutoDesk Civil 3D and engineering software like GasCalc, Pipeline Toolbox, and BoreAid. Strong writing, organizational, and communication abilities are essential, with FE/PE a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Final year or FE/PE eligibility preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design site development projects for commercial, institutional, and residential uses.
• Prepare design reports and construction plans following standards.
• Coordinate specifications and permit submittals.
• Prepare project cost estimates and quantify materials.
• Document design changes and communications.
• Perform on-site observations as needed.
• Prepare project status and progress reports.
• Assist in proposal preparation and with Project Managers.
