Job summary

BlueDot is seeking a civil engineering technician for a contract role based in Charlotte, NC with assignments across Orlando and Jacksonville. The role focuses on developing civil site plans, grading, drainage and utilities, with a 40-hour workweek.

Type: Contract

Overview

Support water and industrial water projects by developing civil site plans, grading, drainage, erosion control, roadways and underground utilities.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and modify civil site development drawings.

Apply Civil 3D grading workflows and MicroStation to project deliverables.

Coordinate design inputs and drawing quality with engineering teams.

Required

At least 5 years of relevant civil engineering technician experience.

Diploma or certificate.

Civil 3D grading experience.

Residence within 50 miles of an eligible office.

Preferred

Associate degree in drafting or an engineering design technology.
