What You Will Do

Assist in preparing construction drawings, technical reports, and calculations within our Spokane office. Gain experience across various projects including municipal buildings, roadways, military infrastructure, urban infill sites, educational facilities, and commercial developments.

What We Are Looking For

• Completed coursework in an engineering drafting program
• At least 2 years of experience in civil design and drafting
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, including creating surfaces, alignments, pipe networks, profiles, sheets, legends, tables, keynotes, and details
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow directions

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $28.99 to $38.13, based on experience. Benefits include health coverage, life insurance, disability protection, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) plan, and employee assistance programs. Additional voluntary benefits are also available.
