Job summary

Ascendo-Resources is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager (P.E.) in the Orlando and Kissimmee area to lead complex land development projects from design through supervision. You will coordinate an interdepartmental team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with permitting and safety regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in civil engineering and a P.E. license with at least 5 years of site and drainage experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdepartmental team to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Conduct cost analyses and prepare project budgets.
• Ensure permitting with federal, state, local agencies is timely.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to progress projects.
