Job summary

Ramboll invites applications for a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development for data centers and large industrial programs in the U.S. The role emphasizes AHJ coordination, permitting, and multidisciplinary delivery in a hybrid office setting.

You will guide project scope, budget, and schedule, mentor engineers, and help grow Ramboll's civil capabilities across targeted markets including PA, WA, TX, and LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Approximately 10+ years of civil/site engineering experience with project delivery.
• Experience working with AHJs and guiding local approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and land development services for data center and large industrial projects from site selection through permitting and construction support.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, staffing, client communications, and subconsultants.
• Direct technical work on site layout, drainage, utility infrastructure, and site permitting.
• Serve as primary liaison with AHJs and agencies, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.
• Review and mentor team members and support client development and local Ramboll presence.
