S&ME is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to support Oil & Gas projects in the Carolinas. Lead design and permitting for gas transmission and distribution, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage scope, schedule, and budget. Opportunity to expand presence across NC/SC offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Experience in energy market civil engineering and onshore oil & gas.
• 3+ years as project manager or with PM responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams for design and permitting of natural gas transmission and distribution projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: safety, risk, quality, scheduling, and budgeting; engage clients regularly.
