Job summary

Geoquest USA, Inc. in Aurora, CO seeks an Engineering Manager (Civil) to lead the Division’s Engineering group and coordinate with Corporate offices. The role oversees design projects, QA/QC, staff supervision, and client communications on DOT and private projects.

The candidate should hold a BS in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering, have 5 years of relevant experience, and be a PE licensed professional, capable of managing multiple staff and delivering compliant engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited school
• Minimum of five (5) years engineering experience
• Professional engineering licensure (PE)
• Clear understanding of division scope and staff management

Responsibilities

• Direct communication and coordination of design projects with the Division Manager
• Oversee local QA/QC, scheduling and training of staff
• Provide technical guidance to corporate and cross-department teams
• Attend meetings and prepare technical documents for the Engineering Department
• Review and seal designs with PE involvement as required
