Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and PE license; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing public and private clients on medium-to-complex projects and navigating permitting processes.
• Ability to lead and build engineering teams while self-managing workloads and schedules.
• Proven ability in business development, proposals, and managing sub-consultants.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and civil design software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design moderate to complex projects and lead the engineering team to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with owners, sub-consultants, and permitting jurisdictions; oversee project requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations, develop construction plans and details, and ensure compliance with codes.
• Support business development tasks and client relations, including scope and cost proposals.
