BHI in Vernal, Utah, is seeking a full-time Civil Engineering Manager to plan and design moderate to complex projects while leading an engineering team to meet project goals. This role is based at our Vernal, UT corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience on civil projects.
• Experience managing public and private clients and permitting processes.
• Strong leadership and ability to build engineering teams and self-manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team to deliver moderate-to-complex civil projects.
• Plan, design and review civil engineering plans and details.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies and sub-consultants.
• Drive business development and management of project scopes, costs, and schedules.
