Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or actively pursuing licensure.
• Minimum 15 years of related industry and project management experience.
• Experience serving municipal/civil/water/wastewater clients in Connecticut.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects and client relationships in the Glastonbury area.
• Develop professional, economical, and effective plans and specs.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and designers; manage budgets and schedules.
• Oversee project tasks, delegating responsibilities and monitoring progress.
• Prepare scopes, schedules, fees, and monitor financial performance.
