Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with a minimum of 4 years of related experience OR Engineer in Training (EIT) on track to attain PE license with a minimum of 5 years.
• Sound mathematical skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports project team in preparing plans and specifications for projects.
• Conducts engineering computations for complex engineering projects.
• Communicates with governmental staff regarding design concepts.
• Performs quality control checks on work and reports to Project Manager.
• Monitors compliance with codes and QA/QC policies.
