Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering field; Civil preferred; advanced degree desirable.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Minimum 15 years of related industry and project management experience.
• Experience serving municipal/civil/water/wastewater clients in CT.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects and client relationships in Glastonbury.
• Develop professional, economical sets of plans and specifications.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, and designers.
• Manage projects, delegate tasks, and engage in design.
• Prepare agreements including scope, schedule, and fees; monitor budget.
• Mentor and support supervised team members.
• Cultivate client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
