Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Civil Engineering Lead in the United States (Iowa City area) to guide a high-performing team on municipal and private development projects. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, client relationship building, and responsible growth across infrastructure initiatives.

With a PE license and 8+ years of experience, you will drive proposals, manage complex projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand market presence while delivering quality civil engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in Iowa or ability to obtain required.
• 8+ years civil engineering experience with PM and/or BD responsibilities.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure, land development, water resources, transportation, permitting, and construction.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to grow teams, manage projects, and develop business opportunities.
