Job summary

ISG is seeking motivated civil engineering interns for a summer internship in Sioux Falls, SD. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines and participate in a professional development program designed to mentor you toward future leadership roles.

As an intern, you will work on real projects, collaborate with a large ownership team, and receive housing stipends where relocation is required, with ESOP eligibility and visa sponsorship options for certain candidates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Civil Drafting or Civil Engineering program.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or related CAD software.
• Must be accountable to team members and able to manage multiple tasks.

Professional Development Program

Throughout the summer, interns will take part in our professional development program designed to enhance their skills and home in on their strengths. This program includes:

• Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by Kinzee Miest covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship.
• Career Development: Gain insights into career paths and opportunities within the engineering field through coaching sessions with your team leaders.
