Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. is seeking motivated engineering interns for a summer internship in Bloomington, MN. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across civil disciplines, mentorship, and professional development.

You will work with 800+ employee owners and gain exposure to drafting, modeling, and design tasks within a collaborative environment. Applicants must be enrolled in a Civil Engineering or Civil Drafting program and proficient with AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Civil Drafting or Civil Engineering program.
• Familiar with AutoCAD or Revit.
• Be accountable to the team for assigned tasks and performance.

Responsibilities

ISG is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team for the summer. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in your specific engineering discipline while participating in a comprehensive professional development program.

Essential Duties and Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Civil Drafting or Civil Engineering program.
• Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members.
• Work on several projects at one time.
• Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
