Egis is seeking a seasonal intern to join our Texas team to contribute to roadway, bridge, and traffic engineering efforts under the guidance of senior engineers. This role offers exposure to plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimation activities in a real-world setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BSCE with potential EIT certification, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn CAD tools and related engineering tasks.

Competenze

• Ability to graduate within 1-2 years from an accredited Engineering college program with at least a BSCE in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EIT certification or the ability to obtain one prior to graduation.

Mansioni

• Perform roadway, bridge and traffic engineering design under the direction of an experienced Project Manager.
• Work with the project team to develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and perform other generally accepted responsibilities associated with the position.
• Manage and maintain project documentation.
• Assist project engineers and project managers with assignments as needed.
