Egis is seeking a seasonal intern to join our Texas team. You will assist with roadway, bridge and traffic engineering design under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager, develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates, and support site visits and project documentation.

This opportunity is ideal for a civil/structural engineering student nearing graduation. Excellent verbal and written communication are expected, and familiarity with CADD software is a plus; EIT certification

Competenze

• Engineering degree: BSCE or equivalent by graduation.
• Must be able to graduate within 1-2 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CADD software is a plus.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain before graduation.

Mansioni

• Perform roadway, bridge and traffic engineering design under the direction of an experienced Project Manager.
• Work with the project team to develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and perform other generally accepted responsibilities associated with the position.
• Manage and maintain project documentation.
• Assist project engineers and project managers with assignments as needed.
