Job summary

AHBL Inc. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Civil Engineering intern to gain real‑world experience alongside seasoned engineers. You will apply classroom skills to hydraulic calculations, drainage studies, and design tasks using AutoCAD and Civil 3D while supporting a multi‑discipline team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program with junior coursework completed.
• Interest in stormwater, road, and/or utility design and teamwork.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with hydraulic/hydrology calculations and cost estimates.
• Support drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Contribute to drainage reports, feasibility studies, and project research.
