Job summary

SSR is seeking a Construction Management Services Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting civil, environmental, and infrastructure engineering projects. You’ll work with experienced engineers on design development, data analysis, permitting, field investigations, and project documentation.

This on-site internship offers mentorship from seasoned professionals, exposure to a multidisciplinary team, and a housing allowance for interns not residing near a SSR office.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn and contribute in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
• Support design development and data collection for civil/environmental projects.
• Perform site visits for field observations and documentation.
• Help review design standards and regulatory codes for compliance.
• Document work with accuracy and maintain project records.
