Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related undergraduate program with anticipated graduation Aug 2027 or later.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States at internship start.
• Interest in Civil/Environmental field and willingness to grow with WSP projects.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Learn basic Civil Engineering principles.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analyses.
• Support preparation of final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete assigned training tasks and adhere to Safety policies.
