Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers in Eugene, OR, is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program in Civil Engineering. Interns will design with Civil 3D, perform research, and visit on-site projects, under the guidance of PEs, EITs, and Civil Designers.

The internship runs May-August or June-September, with a hybrid schedule: in-office 3 days per week, up to 2 remote days. Pay is $25/hour, overtime $37.50. Applicants must be enrolled in BSCE, junior/senior, full-time 40 hours/week, ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSCE program at junior or senior level.
• Available for the full 3-month internship.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Pay: $25/hour with eligible overtime.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use Civil 3D to design and create plans.
• Assist on-site visits and project research.
• Learn from PEs, EITs, and Civil Designers through the Intern Training Program.
• Participate in vendor lunch-and-learns and learning sessions.
