Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Civil Engineering Intern to join our team in Duluth, GA. This hybrid internship offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to learn from experienced engineers and gain hands-on design experience.

The role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week with a preference for a 3+ month commitment and potential for full-time work. Responsibilities include supporting design from concept to completion and using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited university.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, environmental engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate project elements.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address issues and ensure project success.
• Support feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform design.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and development applications.
• Contribute to engineering designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer.
