Qualifications

We currently seek a Civil Engineering Intern to support our Transportation team in our Houston, TX office.

The Civil Engineering Intern will be mentored by and collaborate with the top Engineering associates on our team. The selected candidate will work with associates assisting on a variety of conventional and design‑build projects that combine innovative Texas roadway design with a strong knowledge of technical standards to exceed client expectations and provide cost‑effective solutions. This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and a better understanding of the Infrastructure Engineering Industry.

• Provide support to engineering and project management associates

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET‑accredited university
• Anticipated Graduate Date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong work ethic aligning with the company’s mission and core values

Preferred Qualifications

• 2.5 GPA or above
• Prior internship or related experience
• AutoCAD and/or Microstation experience
• Specific interest in Transportation/Roadway Design
