Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture.
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience on exciting projects.
• Connect with peers and leaders through mentoring programs.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Perform assignments under supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams in planning, design and delivery of building projects.
• Assist with drawings, models, renderings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects and design professionals.
• Participate in meetings, design reviews and site visits.
• Research building systems, codes, sustainability initiatives, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize industry-standard software and digital tools to support project development.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Internship is for Summer 2027.
