Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Attention to detail is essential for accuracy in design and drafting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience on exciting projects.
• Connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring programs.
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Work under supervision of a professional or Project Manager.
• Support multidisciplinary project teams in planning, design, and delivery of building projects.
• Assist with drawings, models, renderings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, and other professionals.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site visits.
• Research building systems, codes, sustainability initiatives, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize standard software and digital tools to support project development.
