Job summary

HDR is seeking engineering interns for Summer 2027 to apply classroom learning to real-world projects that shape communities and build a better future. Work across Water, Transportation, Resources, or Building Engineering Services while gaining hands-on experience.

Preferred candidates have MS Office familiarity, AutoCAD experience, and interest in engineering disciplines. Local candidates are preferred, and the program reflects HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• 2+ years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
