Consor is seeking a student intern in civil engineering to support a range of tasks including project research, preliminary design calculations, and maintaining project documentation. You will report to the project manager and gain exposure to both office and field environments.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ABET-accredited university working toward a BS.
• Completed core civil engineering coursework and taking upper-level classes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of reports, cost estimates, specifications, design calculations, and material quantities.
• Draft working plans and detailed drawings using CAD/engineering software.
• Analyze maps, charts, exhibits, diagrams, and as-built records for design projects.
• Support construction activities by responding to submittals and RFIs.
• Visit project sites as part of the design team.
