Job summary

DB Sterlin Consultants Inc. is seeking an Engineer Intern to support design projects for roadways, utilities, sewers, and bridges. You will assist in preparing schematics, models, and engineering calculations, while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of college in an accredited engineering program and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a non-exempt hourly position with opportunities to participate in site and office work as

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college in an accredited engineering program.
• Non-Exempt (Hourly) position.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic fundamental design and modeling tasks.
• Participate in data research, collection, and compilation efforts.
• Analyze and correlate scientific and engineering data and recognize discrepancies in results.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, studies, and technical memoranda.
• Adhere to project deadlines and keep the supervisor informed of any difficulties.
• Report on projects to ensure a quality product is produced on schedule.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
