Job summary

You will prepare reports, assist with grading, drainage, and utilities, and collaborate across disciplines. This entry-level role emphasizes development through internship experience, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months from start date.
• Internship experience with a civil design firm is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation using MS Office.
• Direct and review the work of engineering technicians to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams on innovative solutions.
• Assist in design and preparation of plans for grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Analyze design alternatives to address site constraints and client objectives.
• Collaborate on permitting and regulatory compliance for site development.
• Additional related duties as needed.
