Job summary

GAI Consultants seeks a senior leader to drive growth in its civil engineering practice across the Ohio River Valley. The role oversees private and public projects, managing clients, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scope, schedule, and cost objectives.

A PE license and sales capability are required to win opportunities and expand market share. The successful candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with leadership, and engage with municipalities and private developers to secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, with 5 in the local market preferred.
• P.E. license in Indiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Capable of sales to support team.
• Knowledge of civil drainage, grading, and utilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and client management for existing and new strategic clients.
• Lead multi-disciplined infrastructure projects for GAI in the Ohio River Valley.
• Develop responses for cost proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
