You will oversee department operations, establish long-term goals, drive project performance and profitability, and provide technical and management leadership while mentoring staff to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 12+ years of related field experience.
• Professional licensure in area of expertise.
• Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.
• Strategic thinking and long-range planning.
• Effective delegation skills and accountability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and manages operations to ensure quality of technical products.
