Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the discipline to achieve financial and growth goals.
• Primary responsibility for productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work throughout the discipline.
• Develop and lead discipline marketing and business development strategies.
• Evaluate and monitor proposal development and contract execution with SOP compliance.
• Evaluate and monitor billing and collections to meet financial goals.
• Serve as a resource for the leadership team within the discipline.
• Maximize staff utilization and monitor backlog and resource sharing.
• Involve in business development and cross-selling of services.
• Prepare succession plans for the discipline in a timely manner.
• Hold people managers accountable for staff development and recruitment.
