The position requires an active Connecticut PE license (or ability to obtain within one year) and 8+ years of civil engineering experience. On-site with occasional remote flexibility, you will drive project delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Active Connecticut Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Connecticut PE licensure within one year.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, mentoring professionals, or managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong background in civil engineering design, project management, and technical oversight.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Transportation engineering, municipal engineering, public infrastructure, and CTDOT project experience preferred.
