Job summary

The Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES) Community Engineering Support will provide engineering support services for the District's water and solid waste systems at the Walt Disney World Resort, including drainage, reclaimed water, wastewater and solid waste.

The position reports to the Senior Civil Engineer, RCES Engineering & Programs, and requires professional engineer registration in Florida or the ability to register within six months.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a professional engineer in Florida or able to register within six months.
• Strong understanding of basic engineering principles and utility operations.
• Experience with water, wastewater, reclaimed water, or solid waste systems.
• Ability to work long hours to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for water and solid waste systems at Disney World.
• Review and approve customer service requests and develop standards for hydraulic systems.
