The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Experience ranges from Project Engineer to Project Manager and includes site development, roadway design, and green infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a civil engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil site development tasks including due diligence, preliminary design, quantity take-offs, and estimating.
• Prepare site plans, bid packages, and earthwork calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Use GIS for hydrologic analysis, terrain analysis, and municipal data management.
• Assist in bid packages, proposals, technical reports, and other deliverables.
• Provide value engineering insights to optimize projects while maintaining quality.
