Responsibilities

• Attend all phases and rotations in the Civil Engineer Training program.
• Perform tasks to build engineering knowledge through studies, inspections, analyses, and design work.
• Strengthen abilities by completing assignments supporting PennDOT operations.
• Follow safety rules, assess conditions, report concerns, and promote safety culture.
• Prepare summaries and presentations documenting training progress.
• Share information and support knowledge transfer and succession planning.
