Responsibilities

• Participate in the Civil Engineer Training program across all phases and rotations.
• Perform engineering tasks in design, construction, maintenance, and related areas to build knowledge.
• Strengthen capabilities by supporting PennDOT operations across multiple areas.
• Follow safety guidelines, assess conditions, and document progress in training reports.
• Prepare summaries and presentations documenting progress through training segments.
