Qualifications

• One year of civil engineering experience or an Engineer-in-Training certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• Eligible within nine months of graduating to meet educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Survey Support: learn surveying techniques for preliminary and construction activities.
• Drafting Tasks: produce basic engineering drawings and design details.
• Materials Inspection: check construction materials and workmanship for standards.
• Traffic Studies: assist with traffic control reviews and investigations.
• Maintenance Activities: participate in seasonal roadway maintenance operations.
