Overview

AllTek is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead and manage complex infrastructure development projects within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to oversee project execution from planning through implementation. This pivotal role involves coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. Required Skills

• 5-15 years of demonstrated civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
• Proficiency with GIS, AutoCAD, or similar engineering software for planning and drafting.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex engineering data.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to civil engineering.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work independently or collaboratively.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in oil & gas, geotechnical, environmental, or water/wastewater engineering.
