Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Civil Engineer to lead large-scale civil and site development design for utility-scale solar and storage projects. You will monitor construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safe, cost-effective execution.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, land development experience, and travel up to 25%. Based in Bedminster NJ or other DEPCOM locations, you will contribute to value engineering and site optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Experience supporting land development and site preparation for large-scale construction.
Experience with stormwater management, drainage design, and erosion control.

Responsibilities

Develop large-scale project civil and site preparation designs.
Monitor construction phase activities and QA for grading/site prep.
Coordinate with Engineering disciplines (Project, Structural, Electrical).
Review drainage plans, ALTA/topo, and geotechnical reports for design input.
Lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders on Civil Engineering topics.
Balance cost, schedule, and quality via value engineering and innovative approaches.
