Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience focusing on site development.
• EIT certification for CE II level; PE licensure in Ohio for CE III level.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering design assignments for site development projects of moderate complexity.
• Prepare and review site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater plans, erosion control plans, and construction details.
• Coordinate design activities with project managers, engineers, technicians, surveyors, architects, clients, and agencies.
• Prepare technical reports, permit applications, construction cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Support projects from planning through permitting, bidding, and construction.
• Review drawings and mentor junior engineers and design staff.
