Qualifications

• 1–5 years of civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep things moving.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• EIT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative, and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare civil engineering plans, details, layouts, and construction documents.
• Work on a variety of projects involving site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Turn concepts and sketches into practical, buildable designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental professionals, and other team members. Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Assist with permitting, plan preparation, technical calculations, and project documentation.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering tools to develop and revise plans.
