Civil Engineer Project Manager - PE Required

Van Cleef is a mid-size consulting civil engineering firm with offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We provide expertise in civil engineering, municipal engineering, municipal planning, and land surveying.

This position is based in our Hillsborough, NJ office.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and NJ PE license required (CME, CFM, and/or PP a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing private clients, managing infrastructure projects, or designing land development projects
• Experience in site development strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with and manage team members
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required; GIS experience a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate public communication
• Experience in public testimony before Land Use Boards is a plus
