Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
- 7+ years' professional engineering experience
- Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design
Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects in the Houston area for land development.
- Design site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, and utilities.
- Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee from conceptual and design phases through regulatory reviews, bidding, and construction to grand opening.
