Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Austin, TX is seeking a Civil Engineer Assistant Project Manager to join our land development team.
You will work on commercial, institutional, and residential projects, designing site layouts, grading, stormwater facilities, water quality BMPs, and utilities. You will interact with clients, contractors, and government officials through design, regulatory review, bidding, and construction phases, helping move projects from concept to grand opening
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS a plus).
- 6+ years' professional engineering experience.
- E.I.T. or F.E. certification; (P.E. licensure a plus).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Ability to speak and write professionally.
- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design.
Responsabilités
- Design land development plans for commercial, institutional and residential clients.
- Create site layouts, grading plans, stormwater facilities, water quality BMPs and utilities.
- Interact with clients, contractors and local government officials through all project phases.
