Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Consultant to join our team.

You will work with project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients, from concept through construction. You will design site layouts, grading plans, drainage, BMPs, and utilities, coordinating with clients and local officials. You’ll participate in regulatory reviews, bidding, and the grand opening of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience; internship preferred.
• EIT or FE certification preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in commercial real estate site design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
• Design site layouts, grading plans, drainage and utilities.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and government officials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to regulatory reviews, bidding, and project construction through to grand opening.
