LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager in Seattle, WA to lead land development, transportation, and public works projects from pursuit through closeout. You will manage client relationships, lead engineers and designers, and drive business development while reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, a PE license in Washington, and 6–8+ years of civil engineering experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design including schematics, construction plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within client specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with and lead EITs, designers, and drafters across varied experience levels.
• Prepare technical reports, memoranda, proposals, and contract documents.
• Research jurisdictional requirements and incorporate into design and construction drawings.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate marketing efforts for future work.
• Conduct site visits, document findings, and manage general project correspondence.
• Prepare invoicing documentation and manage accounts receivable.
• Track and update project performance metrics.
• Support preparation of presentations and graphic materials.
